Terms & Conditions

By agreeing to work with ourselves you agree to abide by the Company's terms and conditions.

We understand and will exercise our statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to agreed credit terms.

1. General

  • These Terms and Conditions are for business and domestic customers.
  • "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person requesting goods or services who accepts the Company's terms and conditions.
  • "the Company", "Ourselves" and "We" refers to DesignOps ltd

2. Payment

  • Our advertised prices do not include VAT or delivery unless stated.
  • We accept payment by BACS Transfer.
  • Our Terms are payment in full within 30 days unless the we state otherwise.
  • All goods and digital assets remain the property of the Company until paid for in full. Until full payment, digital assets may only be used for public or commercial purposes with the company's explicit permission.
  • Monies that remain unpaid after 30 days will be subject to debt recovery costs as set out below:
    Invoice Total Late Fee
    Up to £999.99 £40.00
    £1000 - £9999.99 £70.00
    £10000 or more £100.00
  • Monies that remain outstanding 30 days from invoice date will incur late payment interest at the rate of 8% above the prevailing Bank of England's base rate on the outstanding balance until such time as the balance is paid in full and final settlement.

3. Data Protection

Any personal data you provide will be held securely and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
